Mike Snyder and Ardy Azhir, the founders, offer GSC clients more than 60 years of experience in all areas of business operations with special focus on Growth Strategies.

They have extensive global leadership experience, in electronics, food, telecom, security and fire protection industries in US, Europe and Middle East.

Mike has had exceptional success leading businesses in both Fortune 100 and in Start up environments. He was formerly CEO of Vonage, President of ADT Security Services World Wide, and President and COO of ADT Security Services North America where he built and lead ADT from a less than one billion dollar business, into a $3.9 billion operation in less than five years. Mike offers years of senior level experience to GSC clients especially in the areas of Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Marketing and Sales Management, as well as Brand Management, Strategic Acquisitions/Integration, and Growth.

Ardy has enjoyed exceptional success in strategic identification of business opportunities in both Fortune 100 and Entrepreneurial environments. A graduate of University of London England, with an MBA from Armstrong College Berkeley, he was formerly Managing Director/President of Tyco Fire & Integrated Solution for EMEA (Europe and Mid East), Sr. Vice President Operations for ADT Security Services West US, CEO API Security US, Director of Acquisition Taco Bell (Pepsico) and Manager Business Analysis Appliance Industries WRGrace. Ardy Azhir offers years of senior level leadership experience, focused on Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Growth Manangement, Acquisitions, and Acquisition Integration to GSC clients.
